Bookkeeping Clerk
About the Role
This role supports core bookkeeping operations within a collaborative team environment and contributes to the accuracy and reliability of daily bank operations.
Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Maintain accurate account records through report reviews, updates, and routine maintenance activities
- Complete recurring reconciliation and operational processing tasks in accordance with established procedures
- Handle internal and external phone calls regarding deposit products and related account needs
- Support department operations through teamwork, shared responsibilities, and rotating assignments
- Provide backup support across departmental functions to ensure consistent coverage

Marketing Coordinator
Job Description Summary
GNB is seeking a passionate marketing professional to plan and oversee the bank’s marketing activities and campaigns. In this role, you will ensure that all marketing operations are executed effectively and aligned with the goals set by management.
The ideal candidate will bring strong enthusiasm for all aspects of marketing, along with solid knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. Exceptional communication skills and experience managing diverse marketing initiatives are essential for success in this position.
Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Manage social media and social media marketing tools
- Undertake marketing campaigns and organize marketing events and promotional activities
- Coordinate with other departments to introduce various products and services for the customers which can act as effective marketing tools
- Managing advertisements
- Communicate with the Community – Public Speaking & Networking Support – Organize and deliver presentations to educate and engage various audiences. Plan networking events to build and maintain professional relationships to include event logistics, manage communications, and to provide on-site assistance
- Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
- Assist with bank website content management
- Participate in Community Events such as parades and school events
- Attend appropriate community events (ie. Involvement with area Chambers, etc)
Job Requirements, Competencies, and Skills
- BA in Marketing, Communications, or related preferred
- Proven work experience in marketing. Minimum of 2 years relevant administrative/marketing, business professional work experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professionalism and Accountability with customers, vendors, directors and fellow employees
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics
- Excellent knowledge of MS office and marketing software such as Canva and CorelDRAW

Collections Clerk
Job Description Summary
The Loan Center is seeking a Collections Clerk responsible for managing delinquent accounts and supporting collection-related activities.
Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Contacting delinquent accounts
- Managing DDA charge-offs
- Fraud/scam losses, and identity theft reporting
- Preparing monthly delinquency reports
- Processing payments
- Assisting customers
- Coordinating occasional local repossessions
- Representing the bank in small claims court

Hours
We are seeking a reliable part-time teller to provide coverage during peak and lunch hours. This position is ideal for someone looking for a consistent, part-time schedule. Full-time teller positions are also available.
