Loan Processor
The Loan Processor is responsible for processing all types of loans, working closely with the Loan Originators, from application through post-closing of the loan. In addition, this role analyzes, reviews, and clears underwriting conditions, resolves routine title issues and prepares loan files for closing.
Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Processes and closes loan applications in accordance with secondary market and bank guidelines and ensures loan documentation complies with Federal, State, and local rules and regulations.
- Ensures adherence to bank policies and procedures and Banking Regulations.
- Promotes and maintains a positive work atmosphere by communicating in a manner consistent with professional standards to work effectively with customers, co-workers, management, partners, and vendors.
- Interacts with Loan Originators to facilitate a smooth transaction. Additionally, interacts with outside sources such as vendors, service providers, partners, and customers to facilitate a smooth transaction.
- Maintains a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with co-workers, customers, vendors, attorneys, partners, title company representatives to ensure proficient processing of all loans and a positive experience.
- Inputs and updates data into loan origination systems and assures adequate file integrity. Generates and/or ensures timely generation of all required documentation and processing disclosures.
- Orders various reports such as appraisals, flood certification, and title, reviewing for issues or disputes and working with various parties to clear outstanding items.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Job Requirements, Competencies, and Skills
- Detailed knowledge of secondary market guidelines and regulations helpful but not required.
- Knowledge of the mortgage process from origination to post closing.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong decision making and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/duties.
- Trustworthy with the ability to maintain the highest level of integrity and trust.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. Related experiences with loan origination systems preferred but not required.
Experience - Preferred
Work experience in mortgage industry preferred but not required, with detailed knowledge of secondary market guidelines and regulations and knowledge of the mortgage process from origination to post closing.

Full-Time and Part-Time Tellers
Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and open accounts accurately
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain proper cash limits
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or refer issues to supervisor as needed
- Promote bank products and services that meet customer needs
- Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
- Support other team members and assist with branch operations as needed
Job Requirements, Competencies, and Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work efficiently
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred but not required (banking experience a plus)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office technology
Experience

Hours
We are seeking a reliable part-time teller to provide coverage during peak and lunch hours. This position is ideal for someone looking for a consistent, part-time schedule. Full-time teller positions are also available.

Credit Analyst
Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Assist lending staff with the preparation of spreadsheets, reports, loan presentations, and other documentation related to agri-business, commercial, and mortgage lending.
- Analyze the borrower’s financial position to evaluate ability to assume additional debt.
- Complete annual financial reviews on current customers.
- Monitor and handle daily emails and calls from loan originators.
- Ability to keep detailed documentation.
- Maintain electronic records in an organized manner.
- Keep scanned files up-to-date.
- Assist with periodic loan reviews and audits.
- Learn the various GNB lending related policies.
Job Requirements, Competencies, and Skills
- Give attention to detail when completing loan requests.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be a team player with other employees.
- Prioritize workflow to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
- Have experience with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
