It offers grants to assist low and moderate income homebuyers to fund down payments and closing costs. The grant is valid for the purchase of both existing homes or new construction homes as long as the home will be the buyers’ primary residence for at least five years.

Homebuyers must contribute as least $500 of their own funds towards the down payment and/or closing costs. The total income for all occupants who will reside in the home must be at or below 80% of the Mortgage Revenue Bond (MRB) limit for the county and state where the property is located.
